Introduction
After being provoked by fellow ClubSBN member Chris Bayes to look at DTC's (Design Time Controls), i came up with the following, not a DTC as such but a helper object to allow DTC's written in Visual Basic to access the URL Builder in Visual Interdev.
Although the DTC SDK documentation indicates that it is possible to call the URL Builder direct from VB, there is no example and know one appears to know how to do it !.
