Java-COM for ASP

Introduction
This component allows an ASP script or other tool that supports COM ( Such as VB & VC++ ) to browse the available performance counters, and to monitor the current reading of the counters.
The component is designed to provide a low memory footprint and high performance, and as such is written using Microsoft's Visual C++ and ATL (ActiveX Template Library).
