Introduction
This component allows the NT Security settings for files & directories to be read and set from an ASP script, ar any other tool that supports COM dll's ( Such as VB & VC++ ).
The component is designed to provide a low memory footprint and high performance, and as such is written using Microsoft's Visual C++ and ATL (ActiveX Template Library).
